Son of: (Father) Daniel Stover: Sargent in the War of 1812 in Colonel Wear's First Regiment East Tennessee Volenteers. Donated land for a school in the Siam Valley that served the community for forty years. Daniel was the first school teacher in the area and had the only Bible from which he taught. Married to (1) Phoebe Ward and (2) Antoinette Williams
