Wade Andrew Fooce, 26, of Piketon, died 6:18 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2016 at Pike Community Hospital unexpectedly.
He was born Feburary 6, 1990, in Franklin County.
Surviving are his mother, of Lucasville; a son; maternal grandparents; his father, of Columbus; a brother of Columbus; and two nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Clyde E. Spencer II, and a sister, Brandy Spencer.
Wade was a former chef at LaRosa.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2016, at Hay Hollow Cemetery with Pastor Crystal Young officiating. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
