William McCall, one of the pioneer residents of Toby Townshhip, died at his home near Sligo Monday, April 23rd.

Mr. McCall was united in marriage in 1863 to Miss Clarissa Steele, whose death occurred in December 1920.

To this union were born two sons and one daughter, the latter preceding her father to the grave 32 years ago.

The surviving sons are Chalmers, of Sligo, and Theo, at home. He is also survived by two brothers, John of Curllsville and Wilbur, of Sligo; also by one sister, Mrs. James Peterson, of Red Cloud, Neb. Funeral services were held at the late home Wednesday April 25 conducted by Rev. Briceland of Parker.

Interment was made in the Concord Cemetery. The deceased was in his 83rd year, was born and reared and spent his entire life in Toby Township.
