Joe Allsup was born November 27, 1922 in Owasso, OK to Tom and Retta Allsup. He passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the age of 94. Joe is survived by his children, Louise (Jerry), Marcie (Larry) Smith, Leonard (Gloria), and Tom Allsup. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Joe grew up in Owasso, Ok. area where he was one of 13 brothers and sisters. After high school, he enlisted in the Navy and was stationed in Hawaii, where he was involved in Pearl Harbor. While in Hawaii, Joe met and married the "love of his life", Agnes Ann Gomes. They were married for 64 years before her death in 2010. Viewing will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017, 5:00pm to 8:00pm, at Flora Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at 2:00 pm, at Cedar Ridge Christian Church, 12419 E 101 St So., Broken Arrow, OK. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Folds of Honor.
