Anida M. Montgomery, Seattle, Wash., lost her courageous battle with stomach cancer on Dec. 13, 2006.
Anida was born Jan. 1, 1957, in Fort Frances, Ontario, and was raised in International Falls.
She moved to Seattle in 1985 with her husband and three children.
Anida enjoyed long walks on the beach at Alki and spending time with her family.
She was known for her kindness and willingness to help everyone.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Steven Montgomery; daughters, Holly Salter (Todd), Heidi Guerrero (Jeremy); son, Jason Montgomery (Desi); four grandchildren; parents, Gaylord and Lucille Magner; three brothers; two sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Dec. 18 at Greenwood Memorial Park, Renton, Wash.
