Miss Lora Ann Cable, age 38, of Milton, Kentucky entered this life January 10, 1979 in Carrollton, Kentucky. She was the loving daughter of Robert Prentice and Sherry Ann Langness Cable. She resided all of her life in Cable Holler near Milton, Kentucky. Lora was a 1997 graduate of Trimble County High School where she had made many lifelong friendships. She worked early in life at the Milton Dairy Queen, Rocketman as a controller, The Oldham Era newspaper, and The Madison Courier in the production department for 7 years. She currently was employed at First You Medical Center in Bedford, Kentucky as the office manager for the past two years. She was a member of the St. Peter Lutheran Church near Milton and had also attended the Milton United Methodist Church with her mother. Lora had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing karaoke knowing the words to hundreds of songs. She wrote poetry, was passionate about taking photographs of Cable Holler and the creek, camping, hunting, 4-wheeling, fishing, the outdoors and coloring. Lora never met a stranger and loved being with her family. Lora died suddenly on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at 11:45 a.m. at the First You Medical Center in Bedford, Kentucky where she worked.

Lora will be missed by her heart broken parents, Rob Cable and his wife, Brenda of Madison, Indiana; and Sherry Cable of Milton, Kentucky; her loving sister, Gina Cable and her companion, Jay Tedder of Louisville, Kentucky; her loving step sisters, Kasey Aldridge and her husband, Michael of Madison, Indiana, Amanda LaFountain and her husband, Jeremy of Indianapolis, Indiana; her niece, Jaslyn LaFountain; her nephew, Reid Aldridge; her beloved uncles and aunts, Terry and Gretta Cable of Milton, Kentucky, Clay and Lisa Cable of Carrollton, Kentucky, Melanie and Leslie Truitt of Carrollton, Kentucky, Marlin Langness and Geraldine Parsons of Madison, Indiana, Annie Langness of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; her loving great uncles and great aunts, Tommy and Lillie Wingham of Brooksburg, Indiana, Buddy and Clara Mikesell of Commiskey, Indiana, Donnie and Rose Mikesell of Madison, Indiana, Arthur Cable of Gloucester, Ohio, Karen and Linny Herek of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Bobby Langness of Wisconsin, Lora and Dee Gayle of Madison, Indiana; her several cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Garrett and Wilma Joy Cable; Harold and Delores Langness; her uncle, Harold Langness; her aunt, Penny Cable; her cousins, Amanda Lynn Cable who passed on, December 25, 2010 and Samantha J. Cable, who passed on August 9, 1999.

FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Mike McArter and Pastor Damian Chow at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Private graveside services will be held at the Moffett Cemetery in Milton, Kentucky.

VISITATION
Friends may call Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
