Donald Eugene Aumiller was born August 12, 1934 in Richmond, Missouri, the son of George and Lucy (Perry) Aumiller. Donald passed away March 4, 2001 at St. Joseph Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was 66 years old. Donald was a dispatcher for Consolidated Freightways, retiring in 1996. He was a member of the Teamster Union, Clay County Extension Council, and was a 4-H leader in Ray County. He was a Navy veteran serving with the Medical Corp.
Donald is survived by one sister, Georgianne Ellis of Hardin, Missouri, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Beverly Aumiller, Florence Pitz, and Sarah Burton.
It was the families (sic) desire that funeral services for Donald be held on March 8, 2001, at the Snow Funeral Home in Richmond with Reverend Chris Cox officiating. Musical selections will be by Vicki Burmeister, organist, and Randy White, soloist. Interment will following Richmond Cemetery, Richmond, Missouri.
Pallbearers: Gene Ellis, George Ellis, David Kersten, Steve Burton, Mike Burton, Gerald Toennies.
Honorary: Randy Knox, Scott Ellis, Bill Burton, Donald Burton, Justin Burton
