Funeral services for Mr. C.T. Alphord, 63, who died Wednesday at the Wauchula Infirmary [Hardee Co.] after nine weeks illness, will be held at Brisson Funeral Home, Sanford, at 2 p.m. Saturday. Rev. Kline Williams, Baptist pastor at Imokallee [sic: Immokalee, Collier Co.], will officiate.
The deceased had resided in Imokallee for the past seven years, having lived in Mount Dora for 19 years previous to that time. He was born in Tarboro, N.C. November 9, 1893.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Daisy Alphord, Imokallee; one aunt, Mrs. Charles Foster, Tarboro. N.C. and a number of cousins.
Interment will he made at the Oaklawn Memorial Park, Sanford.
