He was a son of Andrew, Sr. and Aretta Price Dobransky.
He was a Legend in the area and Canada as a Drag racer for many years and a very well-known engine builder for domestic vehicles as well as all types of race cars and go karts. He enjoyed traveling to NASCAR and NHRA races with his friends and was close friends to many of the famous drivers. He also enjoyed traveling and entering his Pontiac Fiera in many car shows.
He is survived by his wife Linda of Watertown, a stepson Jason Hasseler of Herman and two Granddaughters, Alaysia Hasseler and Kiara Hasseler of Watertown. A Sister Alverta Paddock of Hammond, his previous wife, Nancy Hedden Dobransky Draper of Carthage, a daughter Penny Potter and husband Steve, a son Allan (Sherry) Dobransky of Harrisville, another daughter Nancy Ann Pickering and her companion, Dustin Orton of Carthage. He has 5 more Grandchildren, Angie Beirman, Timothy Beirman, Allan Dobransky Jr (A.J.), David Dobransky and Ashley Pickering, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews
A brother, Charlie Dobransky and a sister, Mary (Bill) Thomas, predeceased him.
His body will be cremated and will go home with his wife until they can be together again at Brookside Cemetery.
