Paula Ann Overton-Herr was born on January 23, 1973 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to George Overton and Elizabeth Green Overton. She passed away on December 31, 2017. Paula was a good christian girl who worked daycare all of her life. She had such a great sense of humor and was always smiling. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Zella Overton, her grandpa LeeRoy Overton, and her mother Judy Overton. She is survived by her father BoBo Overton, brother Bobby Overton, husband Fred Herr, son Dereck, along with her very good friends Rita Dickerson and Angela Boyd.
