David graduated from Peshtigo High School in 1971. He worked in the area for several years and then began trucking which took him all over the United States. David loved spending time with his family and friends, cooking, and entertaining whenever he could. He loved taking care of his grandson, Elijah.
David is survived by his wife, Betty, [formerly Mrs. Morris];
son Nathan (Rebecca) England;
grandson Elijah England;
step-sons: Larry, Gary and Jerry (Amy) Morris;
grandchildren: Josh Endslow, Leah, Brandon, Bree and Nicholas Morris;
five brothers: Charles (Joanne) England; John (Joan) England; Don (Judith) England; Sid (Julie) England and Allen (Karen) England;
three sisters: Nancy Croake [now Nancy (Ken) Rosenthal]; Suzanne (Charles) Kupchick and Judy Perry.
Further survived by many nephews and nieces.
Dave was preceded in death by an infant son, Chad; daughter, Tonya and a brother, Glen.
A Memorial Service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2010, at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 2160 Packerland Dr., Green Bay, Wis. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. PFOTENHAUER Funeral & Cremation
