ABBINGTON Minister Keith F. Abbington, age 48, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 8, 2005 at Grant Medical Center. Member of Mount Period Baptist Church, former member of the Ministerial Alliance, and employed by Fletcher Auto Sales. Predeceased by parents, Amos and Mary Abbington; sister, Terri Menefee Massey; and grandparents, James (Savanna) Abbington. Survived by loving wife, Amazetta White Abbington; sons, Keith Mitchell, Fernando Anderson, and Zedock White; daughters, Keisha Abbington, Shakera Abbington, Sheniqua Abbington, Sharee Abbington, Tanya (Terrance) Johnson, Natasha Hines, and Andrea White; 18 grandchildren; grandmother, Betty Abbington; uncles, Elder Gilbert (Willa Mae) Abbington and Lloyd (Celina) Abbington, Sr.; aunts, Emma Simms, Perdita Abbington, Lena Cummings, all of Columbus and Nancy Henderson of Philadelphia, PA; bothers and sisters-in-law, Rodney Massey, Thomas White, William White, Steven White, Alice White, Audrey White, Lawanda Bryant, and Cora Bryant; many nieces, nephews, including special nephew, Michael Menefee, Jr.; cousins, other relatives and friends. Homegoing Celebration 7 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2005 at Mt. Peroid Baptist Church, 462 Kimball Place. Pastor Jerry Carter, Sr. officiating.
