An athlete, World War II Vet, went to Seton Hall & Stetson Universities, married Phyllis Jean Thompson in 1951, had a son Jeffrey, moved to West Palm Beach Florida permanently in 1955. Had a daughter Amelia (Amy). Worked in accounting for, and retired at, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft after many years. Roger loved music, old movies, sports, and most of all, his family. He died peacefully while visiting his daughter Amy in Warner Robins Ga.

The remainder of his ashes were placed at Hillcrest Memorial Park 6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405, when his wife, Phyllis Halle's ashes were placed there Nov 27, 2020.
