Note for Veteran left by Dawn

There are two photos on this site that are not Hubert Maynard. The soldier carrying the weapon is not Hubert, and neither is the formal portrait of the sailor. The shape of their faces, hairlines and other facial structures are clearly not the same person, and more specific ally not Hubert Maynard. The remaining three photographs are accurate as I personally own these same photos. I am well familiar with this family and I would appreciate that these photos be removed as this creates an inaccurate historical record which others will capture in their own genealogical records. And, I'm sure the individual who posted these photos would appreciate knowing that these photos are not Hubert Maynard

Re. my prior posts concerning the inaccuracy of the photos on this site. I am the granddaughter of Hubert Maynard of this site and I grew up seeing photos of my grandfather as a soldier. I have his formal sailor portrait and the one posted is not it
