MRS. LUCY J. STANLEY
McCLURE, VA. - Mrs. Lucy Jane Stanley, 86, died in Norton Community Hospital at 6:10 p. m., last Saturday after a long illness.
She was the mother of Ralph E. Stanley of Route 4, Coeburn, Va., and the late Carter Stanley.
Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ruby Eubank, Taylor, Mich.: one brother, James Smith, Johnson City, Tenn.; one sister, Mrs. Maude Baker, Coeburn, Va.; 10 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p. m., Tuesday, at the McClure Primitive Baptist Church, McClure, Va., with Elders Landon Colley and Stuart Owens officiating.
Burial was in the family Cemetery with Miller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Carter Lambert, Harold Stanley, Billy Stanley, Bobby Stanley, Roy Lee Senter, and Curly Ray Cline.
