Shelby was born, October 7, 1985 in Richmond Kentucky. He was co-owner of S&S Construction and a member of Harris Memorial Church.
Survivors include: his father, Shelby Noe Jr.; his mother, Brenda Noe (step father Bobby Turpin); one daughter, Macey Kay Noe; his twin brother, Shawn (Cayenne) Noe; a sister, Shayla Noe; paternal grandmother, Roberta Noe; maternal grandmother, Pauline Neal; two aunts, Delores Denny and Vickie Neal; two uncles, Kenny Neal and Eddie Hall; and two nieces, Lakenzie Noe and Ava Jane Noe.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Shelby Noe Sr., and maternal grandfather, Vernon Neal, as well as a sister-in-law, LaSha Noe.
Funeral services for Shelby will be at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home, with Bro. Jimmy Ashcraft officiating. Burial will follow at Madison County Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Turpin, David Denny Jr., Kenny Neal, Shawn Noe, Shane Denny, and David Denny III
