Mrs. Elsie Rocenda Sessions, 69, of Oskaloosa, Kansas, formerly of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away on Sunday at a hospital in Topeka. She was born in Topeka and had lived in the Kansas City area for 30 years. She returned to Topeka in 1949 and moved to Liberty in 1980, then to Oskaloosa in 1981. Mrs. Sessions was a seamstress for the American Linen Supply Company in Topeka before she retired. She was survived by a son, Harvey J. Sessions Jr. of Oskaloosa; two daughters, Mrs. JoAnn Reber and Mrs. Judy Schmitt of Liberty; two brothers, Claude Adams of Kansas City, Kansas, and Clifford Adams of Oskaloosa; a sister, Mrs. Elva Williams, of Topeka; and ten grandchildren.
Friends called on Tuesday evening at the Butler 18th Street Chapel. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas.
