Albert Stromlund, 75, Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday, October 27, 1996 at North Arkansas Medical Center.

Albert was born September 9, 1921, the son of Jonas and Alma (Nelson) Stromlund at Strandquist, Minnesota, where he grew to adulthood. He was united in marriage to E.H. on November 3, 1942. Albert attended Ozark Bible Institute and was ordained as a minister in 1957. He had pastored seven churches, becoming Home Missionaries for North Arkansas Gospel Mission. He was currently serving Silver Valley Community Church.

Albert Stromlund is survived by his wife; two sons, three daughters, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, a sister, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 10a.m. Wednesday, October 30, 1996 at Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Gregg Cantrell and Rev. R.S. officiating.

Casket bearers were: L. Hunt, J. Rhoades, T. Bartlow, D. Holvick, B. Olson, D. Bell, I. Atkinson and C. Galusha. Honorary casket bearers were his grandsons.

Interment was at Milam Cemetery, Sillver Valley Road.

Memorials can be made to Rock Haven Bible Camp in care of North Arkansas Gospel Mission, HCR 32, Box 192, Hasty, AR 72640.

Christeson Funeral Home, Harrison, Arkansas was in charge of arrangements.
