Killed in Automobile accident ( Homicide) in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. He was a passenger and Jane Ann (nee Coffman) Swartz was driving her Rav-4. She died in January, 2018 from injuries received in same accident.
He was married three times and is survived by his first wife and their three children.
