Barry "Bear" Cooper Parker II of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 16, 1988 in Portsmouth, Ohio. Son of Barry C. and Joy A. Parker of Piketon, Ohio. Also surviving are his long-time partner, Danielle McDaniel, three children, Chloe Marie, Barry Cooper III, and Bailee Nicole Parker, two sisters, Alexandria Jo Baughn of Piketon, and Amber Julieanne and Andrew Latimer of High Wycombe, Bucks, England, nieces and nephews, Reagan, Caiden, and Grantt Parker of Piketon, and Zander Sage Donahue. As well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jack and Kathryn Baughn, paternal grandmother, Laura Jacks Parker, and his younger brother, W. Garrett Lee Parker. He will always be missed, but will live on in our memories, stories, and hearts. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly with Elder Therman Rigsby officiating.
