William McArthur Holliday, age 72, of Combs, KY passed away on May 12, 2020. Bill was a retired truck driver for Johnson Wholesale serving 30 years. He was a member of the Appalachian Motorcycle Riders and was a member of a horse club. He was born on November 15, 1947 to the late Sammie Green Holliday and the late Clara Gwinn Holliday. He is also preceded in death by his first wife: Clearssie Holliday, one son: James Matthew Holliday, two brothers: Beecher & Ben Harrison Holliday and one sister: Anna Sue Acosta.
He leaves surviving his wife: Johnnie Jean Holliday; step-son: John Jenkins (Tamara) of Jackson, KY; three step daughters: Teresa Lucas (Tom) of Jackson, KY, Sharon Tincher (John) of Jackson, KY & Regina Thompson of Jackson, KY; three brothers: Fred Holliday of Letcher County, Johnny Holliday (Betty) of Viper, KY & Wallace Holliday of IN; three sisters: Martha Stidham of Hazard, KY, Gladys Smith of Stanton, KY & Wanda Harvey of IL as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
