She was a Homemaker, former employee of Colonial Manufacturing, Genesco and Stitches and a member of Fountain Run Old Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors; Her Husband, Annie Phillips, Son, David Phillips, a Daughter, Darlene Phillips Scott, a Brother, Carl Russell, Five grandchildren and One Great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by her Parents, a Sister and Seven Brothers.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P. M. Monday June 15, 2020 at Fountain Run Old Missionary Baptist Church, With, Tim Eaton and Terry Dismon, Officiating.
