Arthur J. Egan Jr., 72, of Yardville, NJ, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro, Plainsboro, NJ. Born in Bordentown, NJ, he was a lifelong area resident. Arthur was a graduate of MacFarland High School, Bordentown, and attended Rider College, Lawrenceville, NJ. He retired after 42 years of service from the State of NJ/Department of Transportation, Ewing, NJ. He was a member of DOTRA club and loved spending time with his grandchildren and trips to his condo in Myrtle Beach, SC. Son of the late Arthur J. and Florence Goodwin Egan, he is survived by his wife of 48 years, Anna Allen Egan; his sons and daughter-in-law, Jeffery Egan and Brian and Jackeline Egan; his grandchildren, Cera, Kiernan, Gavin and Gabriella Egan; his brother, Edgar Egan and wife, Madeline, and his nephew, Samuel Wise and wife, Mary, and family. Funeral service will be Thursday, March 30, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ (www.KingstonandKemp.com). Interment will follow at Bordentown Cemetery, 210 Crosswicks Road, Bordentown, NJ.
