CORNELIUS FRANCIS FLORMAN, 54, of Millington, chairman of the board of directors of Trans-Energy, died Sunday at Regional Medical Center at Memphis. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Millington Presbyterian Church with burial in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford, Tenn. Munford Funeral Home has charge. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Betty Hadad Florman; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Katherine Hinkebein of Louisville, Ky.; three sons, Kelly Florman, Neil Florman and William Florman, all of Richmond, Va.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Sandra Haddad Giorgi of Mexcio and Mrs. Simonne Haddad Aboumrad, both of Mexico, and two grandchildren.
