Mildred Carlton, 70, of Harrison

Mildred R. Carlton, 70, of Harrison, died Monday, Nov. 20 (1995) at North Arkansas Medical Center. Funeral is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22 at Holt Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jess Matlock, Rev. Arthur Anderson and Rev. Bill Hendricks officiating. Burial is in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation is from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

She was born June 12, 1925 at Harrison, a daughter of William H. and Winnie Mae Neighbors Clark. She was a member of Elmwood Baptist Church. She was employed by the Harrison School Lunch Program for 33 years.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Survivors include her husband, Arland "Pappy" Carlton of the home; three sons, Arland Carlton Jr. and Garry C. and James H. Carlton of Harrison; three daughters, Kay Moring of Dallas, Texas and Debbie Branch and Melissa Block of Harrison; two sisters, Dennie Dearing and Billie Trublod of Harrison; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Mike and Bill Carlton, Matt and Bo Branch, Ricky Moore and Tony Harp.
