Adopted as a kitten when I visited a veterinarian friend at his office where a lady had a box of kittens who pulled one out of the box and said here. The kitten immediately latched on to my chest with all four paws, looked into my eyes with the sweetest look saying please take me. She also had this crooked mustache, so I couldn't resist. The kitten was named Alice after Alice Cooper the rock singer for an unknown reason by a family member, so I figured why not. One day she disappeared while I was away on a trip, presumed dead by the pet caretaker that was caring for her while I was away, never to be seen again.(When I asked the caretaker if she got killed, she hung up on me). She was a very playful sweet cat and a very good companion and mouser.
