Burial will take place in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Bill was a serviceman for Columbia Gas. He is survived by his wife Tami Chatterton. Friends may drive through at the Fifth Street Church of Christ on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 3-6 pm.
