Army War Veteran. First -Mid America, Paine Webber, Warner Group, Ret. Maintenance Personnel for Southwood Apartments. Director of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Nebraska Chapter.
Family members include his wife, Linda Denkinger; son, John "Jack" Aalborg, Paris, France; daughter, Jenny Aalborg, Denver, CO; step-sons, John (Angela) McCarter and Jason (Cheryl) McCarter, all of Lincoln; 4 grandchildren; ex-wife, Jane Aalborg, Lincoln. Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joe.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., at The Press Box, 5601 South Street.
