Bobby Hugh Cash, 84, of Gaffney, SC, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020, at his home.
Born August 12, 1936, in Cherokee County, SC; son of the late Fred Plemmons Cash and Irene Keturah Hamrick Cash; husband of 64 years to Kay McDaniel Cash; and the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Former owner of Stateline Auto Sales in Chesnee and a member of Stateline Baptist Church.
Other survivors include his daughter, Carla Cash Horton (Terry); grandchildren, Amy Ballard (James) and Ben Horton.
Predeceased by siblings, Mattie Gertrude Cash Harrill (20 Dec 1913 – 4 Dec 1975), Ozelle Frances Cash Harmon (2 Jan 1919 – 15 May 1989), Franklin Odell Cash (2 Jan 1919 – 15 Feb 1980), Julia Mae Cash Ellis (19 Mar 1922 – 20 Sep 2010), Mary Willie Cash Bible (17 Jan 1925 – 17 Jul 2019), and Betty Lee Cash Crocker (2 Oct 1928 – 28 May 2013).
Memorial service held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 31, 2020, in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Reverend Kris Showen officiating.
The family received friends at the mortuary following the service.
