Wilma Jean “Mimi” Haggard, age 89, of Dandridge formally of Seymour passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020. She was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Barton Haggard.
Survivors include her children, Rubi Ward (Travis Sharpe), Wendi Nitschmann (Gerd), Robyn Westuba, Teri Walton; grandchildren, Shealyn Sharpe, Sheena Wilson, CJ Milton, Nick Milton, Mikey Milton, Tatiana Walton, Leona Walton, Sonny Walton, Basil Walton; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Nadine Presnell, Phillip Cogdill, Maxine Cogdill; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
She was always smiling and had a smile that could always light up a room.
