Reuben Franklin (Frank) Belue was the son of Reuben David and Elvina Bates Belue.

GOWANSVILLE, Jan. 27 - Reuben Franklin Belue, retired merchant and farmer of Tryon, N.C., died at his home Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock. He was born and reared in the upper part of Greenville County where he leaves many friends to mourn his death.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lillie Foster Belue, and the following daughters by his first marriage to Miss Janie Barton; Mrs. Robert Parker, Landrum; Mrs. W. Turner, Chesnee; Mrs. Maude Hamilton, Philadelphia; Mrs. Pearl O'Brien, Baltimore; and Mrs. Avadell Manamoho of Ohio; and one sister, Mrs. Sallie Chambers, Landrum.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 11 o'clock from Landrum Baptist Church, Dr. E.E. Bomar officiating, assisted by the Rev. O.C. Odom. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery.

The following will serve as pallbearers: W.S. Henderson, B.D. Settles, J.G. Landrum, Noah Daniel, Green Howard, E.W. Ballew, Flaves Belue and Buford Barton.
