Born on July 7, 1960, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Donald and Myrtle (Sis) Keck. Willy "Bill" worked at the Phillipsburg Housing Authority for the past 23 years. He was also DJ Willy K from EZ Sounds.
Willy was past President and Treasurer of the Wilson Borough Lions Club, member of the Wilson Borough Centennial Committee and served on the Wilson Borough Zoning Board. Besides his family and friends his main passion was his cabin at Lake Wallenpaupack and going fishing. Willy graduated from Easton High School, Class of 1978.
Willy will be missed by his loving wife Candy (Kent) Keck and his beloved children, Jennifer Boyce, Emily Peters, son-in -law, Zachary Peters and Stephanie Keck. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Colin, Samantha, Elizabeth, Gabe and Vanesa and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his brothers-in-law, Richard, Kevin, Craig (Rachel) and his sister-in-law, Holly Kent Frantz (Rob). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who he cherished, his uncle, Luther Keck, and many cousins and close friends. Willy was loved by all. His passing will leave a deep hole in many hearts.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., PA. A Service will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Hope Cemetery, Hecktown.
