Anna 'Corrine" Purdy,87 of Carthage, Missouri passed away at her home at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 17,2021. She was born the daughter to Frank Heberling and Gertrude "Boxwell" Heberling on June 18,1934 in Webb City, Missouri. Anna was a lifetime Carthage resident who worked as a cook and nurse's aide at St. Lukes Nursing Center, Sunny Hills Residential Care Facility, and the former Fair Acres. Corrine was united in marriage to Donald Rector in May of 1953 and then later she was united in marriage to Forest Purdy in 1965.
Corrine is survived by her children Rick Rector(Vera) of Carthage, Carol Ball(Mike) of Anderson,M0,Ellen Rector of Carthage, Scott Rector(Lynette)Carthage, Craig Allen Rector, Springfield MO, and Brian Purdy of Joplin MO;12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
