NEWARK - Josephine "Jo" Boaldin of Newark, a retired dry cleaner, died Thursday at a Fort Worth hospital. She was 89.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Newark Church of Christ, where she was a member.

Burial will be in Smithfield Cemetery in North Richland Hills.

Shannon North Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Boaldin was born in Coalgate, Okla.

Survivors: Husband, Weldon Boaldin of Newark; daughter, Ella Mae Massey of Kennedale; brother, Leon Ward of Grapevine; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
