Pamela Sue Pettry , 67, of Oak Hill, WV passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV.

Born May 21, 1953 in Charleston, WV she was the daughter of the late Arthur Lee and Verna Mae Adkins Pettry.

Pamela was a former clerk for Hill's Department Store. She a member of the Missionary Baptist Church at Minden.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence Pettry, Delbert Pettry and Orville Pettry, and two sisters, Delma Caperton and Eleanor Horton.

Survivors include son, Stacey Trent Pettry; siblings, Douglas Pettry of Dry Branch, Richard Pettry of Sand Fork, Jerry Pettry of Oak Hill, Dennis Pettry of Minden, Marcella Marshall of Greenville, TN, Della Kidwell of Rockport, Glenda K. Shively of Texas and Dinah Burleson of Beckley and 10 grandchildren.

Graveside rites and committal service will be on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 11:00 am at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Prosperity. Burial will follow.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the New River Humane Society, 513 Shelter Road, Fayetteville WV 25840.
