Mildred I. Hannah, 71, of Maloneton, died Thursday, May 9, 1996 in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.

Mrs. Hannah was born May 16, 1924 in Greenup County, a daughter of the late Roch and Martha Kiser Newberry. A son, Michael Hannah, preceded her in death.

She was a member of Sand Hill Church of Christ in South Shore.

Surviving are her husband, Robert V. Hannah; two sons, Randall Hannah of Stout, Ohio and Robert Hannah of Maloneton; a daughter, Linda Hayden of South Shore; two sisters, Gladys Martin of Columbus, Ohio, and Virginia Hughes of Huntington, W.Va.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

The funeral was conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore by Kevin Angel, minister. Burial was in Brick Union Cemetery at Lloyd.
