Musician, Folklore Singer-songwriter. Along with Horacio Banegas, Los Sin Nombre and Elpidio Herrera, he composed the complete work "La Misa Santiagueña" and its complement "La Navidad sachera (del monte)," dedicated to exalting the religiosity of the people of Santiago del Estero. His best known songs include: "Entra a mi hogar," "Hermano kakuy," "Para los ojos más bellos," "La mesa," "Sembremos la chacarera," "Corazón verdugo," etc. Together with his group "El Rejunte" he recorded three albums. The first, entitled "Pedacitos de alma", deserved wide acceptance by the public; the second, "Milagro de amistad," appeared in 2003 and the third "Memoria del corazón," came out in early 2005. He toured various stages in the country and stood out for the tour he made in Japan in October 2001, performing in the cities of Mito, Kawamata (where the Cosquín festival is held in Japan), Niigata, Nagaoka and Tokyo, with presentations on radio and TV stations. In March 2016 he released the album "Mis Canciones Por la Sangre Joven", accompanied by young voices of folklore and on May 28 he was named "Prócer de la Cultura" on the balconies of the Cabildo, in Buenos Aires. He died on November 2, 2022.
