Betty Jane Abbott journeyed to heaven while her children and family prayed over her. Our mom has been the rock of the family with her love, strength, passion, compassion, and giving all she had while sacrificing her own needs.
She rescued so many in despair while also sharing her faith in God. She didn't care what journey you were on, if you needed help, she was there for you.
She was tenacious, funny, hardworking, and loved hard! She was called the energizer bunny! She worked circles around all of us! Her family was her priority always and you better not say or do anything against any one of them!
We have all been blessed with her beautiful quilts over the years. Betty will be greatly missed by family and all those that have been touched by her grand personality and generosity.
The Abbott family invites you to celebrate her life.
Betty was reunited in heaven with her loving husband, JC Abbott.
Betty is survived by her children; along with her grandchildren.
She was also blessed with many great-grandchildren. She was also blessed with 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Betty is also survived by her brothers.
A visitation for Betty will be held Friday, September 23, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159.
