B. R. Blagg, 58, of Lake Dallas, died Monday, March 16, 1998, at Denton Community Hospital. He was born April 15, 1939, in Crescent Oaks in Denton County, to Bill R. Blagg and Geneva L. (Norris) Blagg. He was married to Pat Bragg March 3, 196l, in Lewisville.

Mr. Blagg was a member of the North Texas Team Penning Association and an honorary member of Lake Dallas Future Farmers of America. He was a horseman and a shoer of horses.

Services will be 2 pm Thursday, March 20, in Old Alton Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Templin officiating. Burial will follow in the Trinity Cemetery in Denton.

The family will be at Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz & Son Funeral Home from 7pm to 8 pm tonight for visitation.

Survivors include his wife of Lake Dallas; two daughters, Regina L. Blagg and Robin L. Slater, both of Lake Dallas; son Wayne Blagg of Gordonville; brother, Doyle Blagg of Collinsville; and seven grand children. Pallbearers will be Ronny Stallings, Robert Barts, John Goin, Gilbert Grissom, Weldon Faught and Bill Morris.

Memorials may be made to Eagle Heights Church, P. O. Box 270240, Flower Mound, Texas 75027.
