Sandra "Sue" Lewis passed away Monday, April 3rd, 2023 at her home in Wetumka, Oklahoma at the age of 84.

Sue was born February 14th, 1939 in McCamey, Texas and was raised by Guy and Amanda Keaton. Sue graduated from Lula High School. Sue married Delmer (Peewee) Lewis on April 1st, 1996 in Okemah. She is a member of the Free Will Baptist Church in Weleetka. Sue was a cashier at Homeland Grocery Store for many years. Sue loved camping, fishing, riding horses, spending time with her family, never met a stranger in her life. She enjoyed reading books in her spare time.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents, brother Ronnie Peoples, sister Juanita Larney, grandsons; Benjamin Wainscott, Cody Wainscott and Jeffery Wainscott. She is survived by her husband Delmer (Peewee) Lewis, sons; Joe and wife KK of Wetumka, OK, Billy Don of Sacramento, CA, Terry of Greenville, NC, Robbie and wife Donna of Gerty, OK, Gary of Yeager, OK Brennon of Wetumka, OK, grandchildren; Brandy, Benny Joe, Taylor, Lexi, Cody, Stormy, Jesse, David, Lacey, Chili, multiple great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, siblings; Paula Mineo of Washington, and Jay Stokes of San Diego, CA. Sue is survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Joe Wainscott, Brennon Lewis, Michael MacMahan, Kenny Fleshman, Larry Peoples, and Billy Don Wainscott. Honorary pallbearers are Taylor Wainscott, Love Wainscott, Terry Scott, Jeff Lewis and Benny Joe Wainscott.

Viewing will be 1:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday, April 8th and 1:00pm-5:00pm, Sunday, April 9th at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.

Funeral service will be 2:00p.m., Monday, April 10, 2023 at the First Baptist Church in Weleetka, Oklahoma with Pastor Dale Smith officiating.

Interment will follow at Weleetka Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
