She was born on November 10, 1920 in Elliott County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late William and Ann LeMasters McDaniel.
Mrs. LeMaster was a former employee of the Belleville Hospital in Belleville, Michigan and the Ford Motor Company, where she had worked in the Canteen.
She was of the Freewill Baptist Faith and enjoyed camping, flowers, cooking, quilting and traveling.
Dora loved her family and she enjoyed spending time with them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer LeMaster, who passed away on February 15, 1992, an infant son, Von Eldon LeMaster, five brothers, Arnold McDaniel, Harshel McDaniel, Dempsey McDaniel and infants, Hess and Audie and six sisters, Sarah Quesinberry, Dixie Lowe, Maxie Mabry, Lucy Mabry, Faye Kilgore and Verna Johnson.
Survivors include two sons, Alton (Gail) LeMaster of Elliott County and Charles LeMaster of Elliottville, three daughters, Zelma Vanbuskirk of Brooksville, Florida, Charlotte LeMaster of St. Petersburg, Florida and Barbara Sue Phillips of Colfax, Illinois, eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 14, 2015 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Austin Carter officiating.
Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery.
Visitation is after 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Glen Vanbuskirk, Jeffrey Phillips, Tommy Phillips, Eric Cox, Gene Lowe and Jeff Mabry.
