JOHNSON COUNTY — Keenan "Happy" Rowland, 51, of Hager Hill, died Thursday, Jan. 19, at his residence. Born June 24, 1960, he was the son of the late Creval and Ruth Gullett Rowland. Survivors include two daughters, Misty Hunt of Prestonsburg and Jamie Baker of Hazard; six brothers, Mike Rowland of Prestonsburg, Gary Rowland and Henry Rowland, both of Hager Hill, Charlie Rowland of Wheelwright, Clifford Rowland and Rick Rowland, both of Paintsville; a sister, Jenny Burkhalter of Hazard; and a grandchild. Funeral services were Sunday, Jan. 22, at Phelps and Son Funeral Home, with Larry Blair officiating.
