Theodore "Ted" Foust


September 28, 1936 ~ June 28, 2008


Theodore "Ted" Foust, 71, of Peru, Indiana, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born September 28, 1936, in Peru to Anna (Fogle) Foust and Theodore Foust, Sr.


He married JoEllen Hiers on June 23, 1978, and she survives. Ted retired from the Peru City Water Filtration Plant after 34 years of employment. He also served in the U. S. Army for two years. 


Survivors besides his wife include a son, Ted Foust (Angie); a stepson Robert McCowan (Pam); a stepdaughter Lisa Carson (Dan); four grandchildren, Bandon, Chelsea, Cody and Dalton; a great- grandchild, Lillian; three step-grandchildren, George, Autumn and Blake; a brother, Robert Foust, and a sister Julie Mellington.


Ted was preceded in death by his parents. No funeral or visitation is planned.
