Dahlenberg – Frank Dahlenberg, age 50, a former Jackson county resident, passed away at his home at Omaha, Nebraska, Wednesday, June 3, of pneumonia. Funeral services were conducted at Omaha Sunday.


Mr. Dahlenberg was born in Seymour May 11, 1886, the son of Charles and Louise Dahlenberg, both deceased. He was married in Seymour to Miss Laura Abel, who survives.


Deceased was employed in the freight offices of the Baltimore & Ohio railroad in Seymour for some time. About twenty-five years ago he moved to St. Joseph, Missouri, and last fall he was transferred to Omaha. He was traveling auditor for the Union Pacific railroad.


Besides his widow he leaves two children and four sisters, Mrs. Glen Owens, of Brownstown; Mrs. Mary Hamblen and Mrs. Ray Manion, both of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Frank Trotter, of Leon, Iowa.

Frank A. Dahlenburg, 50, of 1020 So 34th Street, died Thursday in a local hospital of pneumonia after a short illness. He was an employee in the freight accounting department of the Union Pacific railroad and had been transferred to Omaha from St. Joseph, Missouri, last January.


Surviving are his wife Lura, a son, Charles, and a daughter, Elizabeth. The body is at Brailey and Dorrance mortuary.
