Robert passed peacefully in his sleep while working in Texas. He was born to M.B., Sr. and Betty Fowler. Robert was a proud Marine. He was hard-working and prided himself on providing for his family and the less fortunate. Robert had a passion for Marine Bridges Dredging and Biggie Cranes. He worked on some of the largest in the country flipping from oil fields to wind farms, erecting windmills in the renewable energy industry. Robert is preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Richard P., Ronald S., and Wayne Fowler, Sr.; his oldest daughter and son.Robert is survived by his wife, 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 brothers
