Hillsborough, NC- George Ralph McCullough, 66, of 1919 Adams Place, died Nov 27, 1992, at Durham Regional Hospital following a brief illness. A native of Spartanburg, he was the husband of Betty Finch McCullough and son of the late E.G. and Dora Blackwood McCullough. He was a member of Lawrence Rd. Baptist Church, Eagle Masonic Lodge No. 19 and Teamsters Local Union No. 391. He was a retired employee of Pilot Freight Carriers and a U.S. Army veteran of World War ll. Also surviving are five daughters, Gayle House and Marie Huff of Hillsborough, Beth Forsythe of Beaufort, Jane terrell of Siler City, NC and Shirley Piner of Durham, NC; one son, Bobby McCullough of Greensboro, NC; one sister, Sara Bradley of Boiling Springs; one brother, Travis McCullough of Boiling Springs; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Lawrence Rd Baptist Church by the Rev. Craig Fields. Burial, with Masonic Rites conducted by the Eagle Masonic Lodge No. 19, will be in Hillsborough Town Cemetery.
