Mrs. Dutcher was born March 12, 1920, in Prineville, to parents John and Grace (Barney) Fincher. She graduated from Prineville High School. She had resided in the same Portland home for the last 56 years.
Her special interests included family camping, being a good mother and housekeeper, painting and her pets.
No public funeral services will be held. Private interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
Survivors include her son and his wife, Richard Dutcher and Kay LoRene Holcomb; and daughter, Gail Dutcher.
Memorial donations have been suggested to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were under the direction of Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham.
