of Succasunna, 75 Mrs. Jane V. Pallotta , 75, died on Jan. 1, 2009, at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Succasunna (973-584-7264), on Sunday and Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday, 10 a.m., at St. Therese R.C. Church, with the interment to follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester. Mrs. Pallotta was born in Quincy, Mass., and lived in Malden, Mass., and Cincinnati, Ohio, before moving to Succasunna 39 years ago. She was a member of St. Therese R.C. Church in Succasunna and loved cooking, entertaining, traveling, and being with all of her family. She also worked very hard with her husband, John (former president) of the N.J. State Police Former Trooper's Association. Mrs. Pallotta was predeceased by her husband, Donald L. Powers in 1980, and by her son, Scott Pallotta in 1992. She is survived by her husband, John Pallotta of 18 years, and by her six children, Deborah (and Bob) Visicaro of Flanders, Kim (and John II) Kadimik of Hopatcong, Darlene Pallotta of Flanders, Nancy Casse (and fianc , Alex Spagnuolo) of Budd Lake, Candie Powers of Budd Lake, and Leslie (and Chris) Longo of Succasunna. She also leaves her 14 grandchildren and two sisters, Beverly Studley of North Carolina, and Gail Nowasky of Florida. Donations may be made in her name to the Dialysis Center of N.W. Jersey, 175 Righter Rd., Succasunna, N.J. 07876..
