Son of William Alexander Fuller. Judge Warner Fuller was a Private September 25 1861. Appointed 3rd Corporal May 14
1862. He transferred to Company A 9th Ga. July 1 1862, was captured at Cumberland Gap, Tennessee. He transferred to New Orleans, Louisiana for exchange 23 May 1865. He was born in Ga. He received a Cross of Honor from Atlanta UDC Chapter 18. Listed in the roster made by surviving members of Company A at a reunion July 26-28 1904 located at the Legg Farm in Smyrna Ga. He was recorded living in Morrow, Clayton County Ga.
