Margaret D. Boeggeman passed away at her home in Fairless Hills on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. She was 80.
Margaret was a resident of Fairless Hills since 1952.
She was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, where she was active for many years with the Women's Guild and the Catholic Youth Organization. Margaret had also been previously active with the Little League of Fairless Hills for many years.
She was a great artist.
Margaret was the beloved wife of 61 years to Thomas C. She was the mother of William of Florida, Thomas of New Zealand, Margaret Wallete of New Jersey, Carol Trescott of Pennsylvania, James of Florida, Mark of Washington, Kathleen of Pennsylvania and Karl of Pennsylvania. She also will be sadly missed by her 19 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, her sister, Rose Etta Quinn of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 8 to 9 a.m. Monday at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Saint Frances Cabrini Church at the above address. Dougherty Funeral Home, Levittown.
